Good service. I make far too many trips here, and they're always ready to get me in and out. It's a little seedy looking- but what auto place isn't? As a female, I feel safe and comfortable going there, and will continue to go there for tire problems and oil changes. Sometimes the wait it a little long, but i think that it's worth it.
ok When i walked into this tires store, I knew my needs would be met. They didn't make me feel like a stupid girl! My husband wasn't with me and i still got everything I needed in a good time frame.
By far the best I was new to the area and searching for a good local car repair place. I visited a few other shops nearby for basic service like oil change and state inspections but when I tried sts I knew I found the place for me. I have been back many times and never feel like I'm being pressured or taken advantage of. Apparantly I'm not the only one who feels this way, this shop is always busy. Good Service Get here early or you will wait. Facility is old and needs to be updated. The waiting room area is old and dingy. They do offer good service though. Not pushy for the "EXTRAS". Prices could be better. PROS: local and fair CONS: wait times can be a bit long
Good service provided and friendly I brought my car there to check the alignment since I had a pull to the right. They were friendly and not pushy and explained everything in detail and needed a shim to correct the back left wheel. I called around and they had the best price and used an on line coupon offered on their website. But they do charge extra shop fees, be prepared. Courteous car service Very good service; drop off and pick up frm work makes it handy. Courteous. Occasionally a walkin is kind of slow but worth it.
Great service I have used gateway for a couple of years. They are great and pay attention to detail. They are a little slow but, never have I had a issue with any work performed on my cars and trucks.
An excellant avenue for tires and auto needs I have bought new tires even a replacement tire due to road hazard, have had oil changes, alignments and rotations. Kauffman Tire of Newnan is a very customer oriented establishment who pays attention to their customers and does the best job they can. Good Management I reciently took my vehicle to kauffman in Newnan for allignment with doubts of this being the only problem with my front end.The tech on this 95 degree saturday afternoon had no problem with checking out my vehicle when he already had cars in waiting to be worked on that day.He and the manager very promtly put my truck on the lift and told me the problem in no time at all.He told me the cost of the damage,then I called two different shops to get a quote on the same work and kauffman won with at least a 15 do... read more
