Didn't use their service but the staff was helpful and informative.
Terrible body shop I wish I could leave a 0 star they abused the system with insurance to make money off of you, they said they replaced my bumper and grill when all they did was bondo and glue all my clips and my grill together now my insurance company’s wants me to file a claim a year later ! Beware on your repair with them ! Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean they didn’t just bondo and glue your stuff together they are crooks and thieves! The customer service was excellent. We got our car in and out in a timely manner. The manager reached out to us when he felt like things were not right dealing with insurance. They send out text messages showing the progress of your car. I would highly recommend them.
They did a great job and kept me informed of timelines, progress, etc. at reasonable intervals. Most of the work was an insurance claim but we had them repair some old damage at our expense, and their prices were quite reasonable. They also offer a lifetime warranty on their work. PJ, Chelsea, and Terry all went out of their way to make this as good an experience as getting a vehicle repaired can be. I have used two other local body shops but from now on I will go to Franks.
We received excellent service from Frank’s Collision. The customer service kept us informed about the completion of our repair and when we picked up our car the work was excellent and our vehicle was immaculate inside and outside. We would recommend them to anyone.
