I pulled up and said, "I need everything." They sent my car through the wash which left plenty of dirt on the rims. The inside was quickly wiped down (looked really good), but they didn't even vacuum it out.
I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. I have a brand new car, went through the wash and came out with scratches on my car with paint missing. When I confronted the management and asked what they can do about this issue they said "I'm not going to do anything about it". Awful customer service. I would not recommend taking your car there unless your friends with a body shop! I am now having to get these repairs made.
I like the place but they never do a good job cleaning between the seats and the divider console. Also always have to reclean my windows. When I complaint about the windows they call the area responsble person, but I know nothing is done about for everytime (about 10 times) in the last year and half i have had to reclean my windows. I should be reimburse for that.
Love this place! – This crew really has it together! They are fast, friendly and will do their best to make you happy! You get a clean car at a reasonable price (especially with the coupons from the newspaper or on Sunday) and the staff if great! Everyone from the cashier to the guy working on your car is friendly and working hard to keep you coming back!
Sparkling autos! Frank's has been around forever, and it's always racking up awards. No wonder, with the consistently exceptional work they do. This is the only full service car wash I go to when I am treating my auto to its semi-annual thorough cleaning! (I just have to make do the rest of the time!)
