Easily the worst haircut I’ve ever had that cost more than $20, and this was nearly $70 with tip. Front desk staff are nice and it’s a decent atmosphere, but the prices are ridiculous for the quality and overall experience. From long wait times, to ignoring complaints and mocking simple questions, I would advise looking elsewhere.

Frank’s is a cool spot with great ambiance and top notch styling products. It’s definitely become one of the places I consider to be part of my self-care regiment, as I always feel comfortable and appreciated as a client and customer. Jess, as always, created a welcoming and conversational space during my visit. She is so approachable and down to earth, and in all honesty I followed her to Frank’s from another salon because I love her work and overall energy as a human. Frank’s is lucky to have her!
We drove in 7 hours from NM, my husband needed a beard cleanup. They were able to squeeze us as a walk in. Jess did an amazing job! Loved the atmosphere and staff. Everyone was kind, friendly and welcoming. Thanks!
