Great service, no complaints. They had me in and out the same day.
They were professional, had timely responses, and did a great job on my breaks, and the issues that had to be addressed. I would bring it here first if you are in Seguin, even before a dealership. I know if you go to Beck and Beck, you will wait forever, be lied to and charged for each lie.
Repairs completed when promised. No issues afterward with vehicle
Every time I take my car to Franks they really listen to me and fix the problem at a reasonable price. I went in yesterday with a transmission issue. The repair quote was too high for me to handle at the moment (crazy expensive parts-I googled it) but George said he thought the quote would still be good when I come back. They are always kind and have always taken care of me for a fair price. I will come back for the transmission work-just need to save up a bit. Thanks, George.
