Not a good way to do business! Mind you the car ran perfectly fine and we only came in for cosmetics like window actuators door panels door locks seat tilt and a/c. Long story short I called about the text sent from GEORGE and sent my daughter to pick up the car. Started right up like it should! Scamming at its finest! No need to run a diagnostics test if I literally told u exactly what’s wrong with the car. Do you job and stop being extra George sir!
I didn't have a ride so I stayed in the lobby. So they moved my car up the line so they can get me to my doctor's appointment on time.
I broke down while traveling through Seguin. I called Frank's and they arranged to have it towed. Colton called me with their technician's findings and time frame for repairs. It was ready when he said and for the price he said it would be. I paid him with a card and picked it up the following Saturday. Very satisfied with Frank's.
Highly recommended that you bring your vehicle here. Mr. Frank took the time to listen to me and my frustrations and was able to fix my situation properly and professionally I will never let anybody else touch my vehicle besides these guys Customer gained for life🫶
