I didn't expect to have car trouble 75 miles from home, but I'm so glad I found Frank's Automotive to help. They diagnosed the problem, stayed late to see that I had alternate transportation home and offered me a fair price to get everything fixed and gave me advise to keep it that way.

My battery died in a large parking lot, near nothing. I called AAA and said that Frank's would assist me within 45 minutes. A worker from Frank's called me to make sure where I was and was there within 18 minutes. After testing my battery, showing me the test and explaining everything, he recommended what the test showed, to get a new battery. Over the course of two separate collision repair jobs done by Frank's Automotive in New Braunfels, I had the absolute best service, best repairs, best experience ever! Gary took complete care of everything and delivered fantastic customer service. I could not give a higher recommendation! 150% satisfactory. This shop is more than fair and if they do make a mistake they go above and beyond to fix it. never will go any place else.

We took my daughter's old car in for an extended oil change. The mechanic found a serious issue with the tie rods on the front end. George gave us a no pressure quote on repairs on that and a couple of other things. I checked with friends and the consensus was that the price was fair. We liked them enough that we brought the car back the next week for the tie rod repairs. We would go back.

I won an oil change from Frank's Automotive at a fundraising silent auction for the Martindale VFD. So, I already like these guys for donating to a great cause. I went and received prompt, friendly service. I was out of there in under 30 minutes. I will be back!

OVERPRICED!! – I went to Frank's because I was having an issue with my A/C in my truck. I took it to Frank's to get an estimate. Later that day they called me back with an estimate of $1800 dollars. That was expensive for me so I took it to another shop down the road. The other shop quoted me $550 dollars. When I told him the quote I got at Frank's, the laughed and said he gets customers from Frank's all the time due to overpricing. Frank's automotive will overprice you!!! Don't go there!!
