Took my Mazda 3 to Franks to have the clutch replaced. It lasted 4 months. Just had he taken apart by another mechanic and the clutch had exploded. The throw out bring on 2 pieces. No pads left on clutch.
I made an appointment with them a week in advance to have my catalytic converter looked at and replaced. When I showed up, no one was there, nor did anyone answer the phone, even though their Google hours said they were open. I tried calling back first thing the next morning/day and same thing, no one answered the phone and their mailbox is full. What was the point of making an appointment? Super disappointed, I no longer want to work with this flaky company.
