Took care of the repairs I needed. Prices were ok. But was not happy with on answering the phone. No voice mail and was on hold for a good 40 minutes. Would give a 5 star if I did not have the phone problem.
Called and left multiple messages, when I did get someone on the phone they had said they already sent someone out to my house. Which was false, nothing was fixed. I ended up going with a completely different company because of how bad the customer service truly was.
It was a few weeks ago they were connected with Sears in Canyon City that is going out of business but Franks is still there I called for a on site diagnostic of a washer and dryer it was a $120 for him to even step into my home,unfortunately I had a death in the family and cancel the appointment, They did not answer their phones for days and no way to leave a message. I had to call Sears to give them a message I don't know what's gonna happen when Sears closes down
They were honest with me
Kevin, the technician who came out, was wonderful. The scheduling lady in the office left a lot to be desired.
