A day late and a hundred dollars too much. I sent Frank pictures of my broken shower vavle. He didn't have to come and troubleshoot anything. He scheduled me for four days later at a time of his choice and then he was a NO SHOW!!! Not what you want after a week of two adults and no shower. He later offered to reschedule the following afternoon and appeared at my door with a white beard and dressed in white shorts and without tools. We've got a three-unit building - three kitchens, three laundry rooms, 6 bathrooms - so there are plumbing problems from time to time. We've used Frank many times and we've been really pleased - he's honest, prompt, and does quality work.
