I can’t speak highly enough about Franks A/C! I had a problem with my A/C at 5 pm. They sent Wyatt over to assess and see if it could be solved immediately or had to wait. Wyatt spent the next 3 hours repairing broken copper pipes and replacing the coolant to make sure my family had A/C. Best service anyone can ask for!
5 Stars I cannot say enough good things about Frank’s Air Conditioning and Heating! My AC went out, and they went above and beyond by fully replacing my entire system the very next day after I called them. In the Yuma heat, that kind of speed is a lifesaver. Fast response time and thorough, professional service for air conditioning maintenance. Two technicians showed up prepared for attic work and worked together to quickly perform the service. I will definitely make them my first call next time too!
What an amazing company! Twice now our air-conditioning unit has broken down in the triple digit heat of the summer. I called Franks and had Their incredible office staff had one of their technicians at our home within a half hour of receiving the call. I just couldn’t believe it. They could’ve sold us a new unit, but instead they diagnosed the problem, checked to see if the unit was still under warranty and found the parts needed to make a very affordable fix.
