Absolutely thr best company!! On time, honest and extremely helpful!!
Great service. Very respectful and patient with my questions. I phoned and they were at my place in 35 mins. Wow. One thing is, I would have liked a Veterans discount, but not so. But I will keep them now.
We were so impressed with this company. The crew was professional, courteous and had us being “cool” in no time. 5* all the way.
This is my 2nd time using Franks and let me tell you, Customer service is top notch! From the wonderful lady on the phone (sorry forgot her name) and the techs that have come out! Esteban was great! Showed me exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it! They are very honest and prices very reasonable. I highly recommend using them to stay cool in this Yuma heat!
