We had a system that was 17 years old. We decided to replace the old one with a new one. Franks AC came the same day and was very professional and polite. They are a top notch company that takes pride in their work. Thanks Alex and the crew.
We had an excellent experience with Franks, starting with the receptionist who very knowledgeable, to Esteban who diagnosed the issues with our heat pump to the gentlemen who installed the new unit. Price was reasonable, they were always on time and got us up and running the same day.
Very very impressed with the service from Franks, Alex was here within hours of our call. Fixed our heat pump with a new relay switch. Educated us on how our pump works & made excellent suggestions going forward. Alex was super professional & knowledgeable.

Frank came the same day we called to quote on our heat pump replacement and was very knowledgeable and his price was considerably less than the other quote we got.
