Responded same day, able to come out 2 days later and replace the old heat pump.

I called on a Monday, just to have someone come and have a look at out park model and provided some guidance on what would be the best for our unit. I actually had no expectations or doing an actual install as I had to leave for work on the Friday of the same week. We agreed on the type of unit and cost, still with the idea it would not be until I or my wife would be back. Frank's A/C repair was at my home almost immediately. The tech examined the unit and determined it was a bad motor. A new motor was ordered and replaced 3 days later. The tech was very professional. I am very pleased with Frank's A/C Repair and will refer and call again as needed
