My parents had a new unit installed in February. Paid cash for everything. BIG MISTAKE!! Two months later the thermostat starts giving them issues, and the unit keeps shutting down. A “P trap” issue. They are at this point having to control the thermostat via the app (older folks with little knowledge of technology). About 3wks ago the thermostat display stops working, touchscreen is a hit or miss and at this point the unit is shutting down, turning on repeatedly causing the electric bill to go up. Danny was amazing and got the issue fixed and diagnosed quickly. He was honest and showed lots of integrity. I had someone come out before them and they completely tried to scam me on pricing and told me things were broken that were not. Franks really saved me and did the right thing. Tons of integrity with this company and I will use them forever
