This company provides excellent services. I called to make an appointment because my A.C. needed maintenance. They scheduled me quickly. The technicians Rincon and Hecto were very friendly and performed a great job. I truly thank Franks A.C. for their professionalism and respect. Thanks again guys.
Frank's is great! They installed and have been maintaining my HVAC and the service had always been top notch.
Disappointed is an understatement. I hired Frank’s AC to install a new system in my home in August 2024 and also purchased their CARE plan, which promises same-day service and after-hours emergency support at no additional cost. When my system stopped working late on Friday, July 18, 2025 I called their emergency line—only to be told no one could come until July 29.
