Freddy with Frank’s was live saving. We were melting. Very kind and professional.
Having issues with A/C backing up. Call Frank’s. They sent out Josh P. Very personable gentleman. Talked me through the whole service and made recommendations. Josh made sure the drain was clear and the A/C was fully charged and coils were cleaned. Installed a new WI-FI thermostat and install a UV light in the air handler! I will recommend Frank’s to anyone who will listen.

EJ did a great job
Absolutely terrible. They installed a unit so bad we’ve had 2 other companies come out to repair what they did and each have stated this is the worst install they’ve ever seen. They broke the border to our attic entrance, installed broken parts then when called 2 weeks after install said not their problem, and did a hack job at leveling the unit by propping it with boards. I’ve never left a review on a company but this one was so bad and SO EXPENSIVE I wasn’t about to let it pass. Do not hire these guys.
