Frank's Accurate Body Shop is a first class operation! The entire staff is very professional and personable. I had to bring my car in and I can say they will inform you every step of the way during the repair. I am completely satisfied with the work done and the fact that they stand by what they do!
I used Frank's for the first time and I have to say I was totally impressed! Jessica and office staff was very professional and courteous. It was refreshing to experience great customer service as it seems to be rare these days. My car was repaired quicker than expected and was even detailed! I want to personally thank Frank's Accurate Body Shop for their honesty. I went to clean our vehicle out that was totaled today, and there was about $21.00 in cash left in the center console while the car sat there for about 3 weeks and all personal possessions were accounted for. Thank You!
