This place is disgusting the fairfield mayors office needs to shut this place down ASAP. I'm surprised a business like this us allowed to operate in fairfield. They are always late. For pickup got mean with our autistic family member. We are DONE with this unprofessional excuse for a Healthcare agency
This is honestly the worst place ever. They have been late every tim they are supposed to pick up my family member. But that's not the worst part of this situation. The driver was late again today and jumped my family member who has special needs. I am going to the top with this situation. This place will be shut down or hire new people that can treat others with respect.
Wouldn't trust this company with my family. One of their drivers was following me way too closely only to come flying around me in another lane and cut in between me and the car in front of me. Speed limit was 35, I was going 40. So absolutely no reason for this.
Terrible driver, weaving in and out of traffic. Absolutely unsafe!
Absolutely the WORST driving company around!! UTS is better! They lie, don’t show up, or put clients in danger putting autistic clients into a Lyft without any authorization whatsoever!! DO NOT USE!!!
