Terrible driver, weaving in and out of traffic. Absolutely unsafe!
Absolutely the WORST driving company around!! UTS is better! They lie, don’t show up, or put clients in danger putting autistic clients into a Lyft without any authorization whatsoever!! DO NOT USE!!!
They go above and beyond for my Son. They have friendly and personable drivers. It’s not your average transportation company. They actually took the time to get to know my son. This made things so much easier for me to hand him off everyday. Thank you Franko.
Service was set up through county to provide work transportation for adult with disabilities. Service was good with first driver. Second driver was chronically late. Company stopped responding to emails and text messages regarding service problems. Stopped providing transportation with less than 48 hours notice and without proper notification of cease of service.
