Great service, friendly staff, fair prices.
Franklynn Automotive is the best! I called and talked to the shop foreman Jake about my temperature gauge inside my car that shows the temperature outside. I explained to him that while on that particular day it was about 85 degrees out my temperature inside the car only showed it was 73 degrees out. He knew right on the phone that it could be 1 of 4 things. I was really impressed. Super nice team. Every time I go in they treat me like family. They are honest, hardworking and transparent. If I or someone I know has car problems I would trust this team at franklins automotive to take care of it!
It was easy to get scheduled, the customer room was clean, and the staff was very friendly! They explained what was going on with my car in a way I can easily understand!
