Franklynn automotive has been the most reliable, honest and cost saving shop I have ever worked with. I have been a customer even before the shop opened when Frank worked out of his garage. After he sole the shop and retired they are still the most trustworthy and honest mechanics I have had the pleasure of doing business with.
Great experience at Franklynn Automotive. Steve at the front desk is always welcoming and takes time with the customer, regardless of how busy he is. The work is great. No issues with the condition of the vehicle when returned and the problem is fixed. Would highly recommend Franklynn.
I really enjoyed taking my car here. Steve made sure my car was thoroughly looked at and taken care of while I was away. They did the diagnostic of what was wrong and appraised the damage. I appreciated their business! And would highly recommend them.
Franklynn Automotive is an incredibly frustrating place to be a customer. Dropped my car off the night before my 8am appointment on Wednesday for an oil leak diagnostic. Answered their call the first time mid day and they said it was minimal and we could change the oil and replace the plug and it would be fixed. Authorized the work on the spot.
