I took my new car to Franklin for an inspection and had a wonderful experience. Everyone there is so kind and professional. They provide pictures of everything with a detailed explanation and what needs to be done as well as an estimate that I could give it to the dealership that was covering repairs for 90 days. I will definitely return when I need repairs on my car.
Franklynn auto is 5 stars. Professional, attentive, thorough, priced right for the value and very responsive. Would reccomend their services to any and all.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a mechanic. I took my vehicle in for some suspension issues after having another shop Replace both front struts I was still hearing noises and I heard great things about Franklyn So I thought I would give them a tryThey told me it was my control arms.
