This rating is not for the dentist, from my only few experiences they were great. This review is for the receptionist and I strongly hope that Dr Geekie considers a new one. I had an appointment scheduled on Monday, on Friday before the dentist had texted me to confirm the appointment. Earlier I was getting the worst news of my life that I was having a miscarriage and trying to sort out my options for dealing with it. Dr. Ziehr is gentle, kind and competant and immediately put me at ease. Her assistant Camille was also great.
I just had my initial comprehensive examination with Dr Follows. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for. Flora at the front desk was very warm, welcoming, and informative. Dr Follows assistant, Devon, was pleasant and made me feel comfortable in the chair. Dr Follows is the first dentist I have felt truly listened to by.
