This is the only dental clinic I've ever went to in Nanaimo. Dr. Follows is very knowledgeable and gentle. The dental hygienist team is wonderful too! Reception is welcoming and pleasant. Plenty of parking.
Great staff
I booked an appointment here due to tooth pain and sensitivity while breathing through my mouth and eating cold/hot food. The receptionist called me two days before my appointment to cancel it because the doctor “didn’t want to touch the tooth” and I was told to find a different clinic which is exactly what I did and I’ve been happy ever since!
Highly professional and friendly staff and central location in a lovely building behind City Hall.
