Been living here for around almost 7 years, I like it great area especially for walks on the gateway trail, Cleaning is well kept and park apartment manager Mei is kind, respectful and nice to talk to it's very affordable apartments, no complaints for me but noticing past reviews about the apartments mentioned before Diane retired around two years ago just an f.y.i.

Nice place, new manager was great, but changing now so that is an unknown factor for now.
Building going down hill past few years after old management took over past management left retirement and the staff for cleaning and maintenance were great before nowadays after new moving in...messy stressful more repairs and less team work and over night staff and numbers yo reach for repairs and crime and 911 after hours.. etc.. fees for repairs shouldn't be charged it.
