Frank has been my Realtor of choice for several years now. He sold my Arlington Condo at 1021 Clarendon, and was able to get a great price. Part of it was strategy. For example he recommended that we sell a parking space ala carte to another buyer. Why? Because when the spot is added to a unit, it only increased the value by $10k, but when sold separately it got $20,000. That $10k difference matters and that is what he fights for. I also used him to buy my house in Arlington.
