Nicole’s customer service was amazing. We live in Melbourne and we wanted to have a lovely bunch of flowers delivered to our auntie (who lives in Bateman) for her birthday. Booking an online delivery through Frankly Flowers was really easy and it was great to see a photo of the ‘bunch of the day’ on the website. Nicole creates the most beautiful flower arrangements. She charges the least (delivery inclusive) out of many florists out there, yet her bouquets are more generous in size and include more variety of flowers per order compared to other places. My flowers were delivered on time and looked amazing. Wonderful customer service. I couldn't be happier and will use Frankly Flowers for all future flower orders. Highly recommend them.
