We were traveling through the area in our Ford Transit when we hit plumbing debris on the highway. We reached out to Franklin's Spring Creek Ford and they made room in their schedule to see us immediately. The entire service team were prompt, friendly and professional. Found this dealership after I moved near here and I am glad I did. Their service department is A+ and great to visit. Watching and listening to them interact with customers as well as myself is a pleasure for sure. Not too many places that really take care of their customers anymore,, but these guys and gals do a super job. You’re missing out if you don’t give them a chance.
