Excellent service. I arrived a little early and did not have to wait until my appointment. My car was taken in right away.Hunter even made a pot of coffee for me.
We had a great buying experience and their service department is top notch!
My wife and I where on our way back home from Florida when I noticed my tire pressure warning light came on showing that I was losing air pressure in the back right tire. I highly recommend Franklin's Spring Creek Ford. I had the best experience buying a car recently. The salesman, finance manager and office staff were all great to work with. They were friendly, honest and quick. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They also have a great selection of vehicles for being in a small town. Don't waste your time somewhere else. Try them first.
