Great antiques. Good quality furniture. Doesn't try to sell you crap like Abby Ann's. Always has a great selection. Everything is arranged nicely and not packed. Great light. Doesn't feel like I'm shopping a in a cave or a haunted house. The people who work there are older and know what they are talking about. Not young kids who seem like they are on drugs like Abby Anns

I used to buy from here all the time. The prices were reasonable but, in the last year, they’ve become ridiculous. I get some stuff is new but over 200 for a pressed wood dresser set with scratches? That’s just one example. Everything seems priced at least double what it should be. Same stuff just sits for months.
They get a hold of some really beautiful things.
They could not lie to you and tell you they are going to buy something from you for 2 weeks and not return any of your phone calls. Every time I called someone told me to call the next morning and I would get a different story from each person I spoke to. They lie to you and don't return your calls and do NOT follow through.
Good prices, next to new items always in great shape. We love this place even has a layaway, not the you'll need it We're happy customers! Try it you'll like it & tell'em Charlie sent you
Awful! Messaged them for a piece when they posted it then went to buy and pickup the next day and it was there but not there?!? Waited 30 mins for them to ‘bring it out’ and no one ever brought it. Shady shady shady.
I️ Love Franklin’s. Have been shopping there for years! Wonderful used furniture! Reasonable prices and large variety. Friendly staff. Barb has helped me time and time again!
