If there were negative stars, I would give a -10. Flowers sent to my uncle's funeral were nothing like the flowers that I viewed online and then ordered. They arrangement had 1/2 the flowers and did not even stand up in the vase. I was horrified and embarrassed that my aunt would think I'd send such a nasty thing. Owner offers a "partial refund" of a non-specific amount only - in spite of their stated "100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee". Do NOT order flowers from these people!!
