Fixed my John Deere mower. He even fixed the hood and touched up the paint on it as a courtesy. He’s amazing!

I now know where Chick-fil-A got their customer service business model. Franklin's Fix It is what all business should strive to achieve. I had replaced my carburetor on my walk behind and it wouldn't start after that. Franklin's Fix It got it running without having to buy another set of parts. I was so worried about carrying it somewhere only to be told the carburetor was a cheap one and I'd have to buy another one. I also didn't have to listen to negativity about other shops. He was able to fix my pressure washer. Right there while I waited it was a simple fix. Good price. Real nice honest guy kind of hard to find these days
