I now know where Chick-fil-A got their customer service business model. Franklin's Fix It is what all business should strive to achieve. I had replaced my carburetor on my walk behind and it wouldn't start after that. Franklin's Fix It got it running without having to buy another set of parts. He was able to fix my pressure washer. Right there while I waited it was a simple fix. Good price. Real nice honest guy kind of hard to find these days
1000% would recommend. He even detailed our mower. He came picked it up then quoted us 3-5 days for it to be fixed and it was quicker than that. I am impressed. Our mower looks like a brand new mower. Honest and trustworthy. He went above and beyond. Even provided pickup/return service. We will definitely be using him again for maintenance and repairs.
