pro To respond to "MIKE" ,who altered the story to boost his ego! He knew and was forwarned reapeatedly that his truck was rotting from the inside out. Which includes no warranty by anybody. Not even the factory that makes your car. He was offered several options. HE CHOOSE TO GO THE CHEAPEST ROUTE!! And yet the shop warrenteed it and didn't have to. Regardless it turned into a bad situation because of how he handled it not them! It appears "MIKE" doesn't listen real well. Sorry HPS and HSB I feel sorry for you guys!
A+ Best Body shop around.. The only one that i know that is willing to work with you. Get you a loaner car if needed,bend over back wards for you. the only place that knows what they are doing. if something is not right they go to all extreams to make it right..Over all i am happy with them.
Great work! I have had very great service with this body shop. I was a little reluctant at first but I am very glad that I ended taking my vehicle to this shop. If I need to return in the future, it will definitely be number one on my list!
above and beyond I had a recent experience with Franklin Body Shop in Howell Mi. They were very professional and actually did more work on my vehicle than they had to. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop in the future.
A bad job- STAY AWAY I have dealt with this company for Year's. I have always been happy in the past. But with Clark Sr. stepping back from the business, the quality has suffered. They did a small repaint for almost $2000.00 and they had to completely redo the job 3 times. After the 3rd repaint, it lasted 3 weeks and had the same problem. The repair is worse than it was before they touched it. We are now in the process of Starting litigation. STAY AWAY. Everything they promised, they would not stand behind.
