I have been a resident of Franklin Viila in Franklin for the past ten years. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the behavior and conduct of Ms. Diana Galan, who serves as my rental manager. Throughout my time living here, I have reached out to Ms. Galan on numerous occasions for assistance regarding legitimate tenant concerns. So far so good.
We have lived here about 7 months now, we were nervous about renting after owning our own home for the past 20+ years but I have to say we are pleasantly surprised. The apartment manager Tiffany is A1, she will work hard to make sure you are happy living here and her building is always clean and secure. It can get a little noisy at times but a lot of that has to do with living near an exit and in a front apartment on Franklin, other than that the management and maintenance are very responsive and quick to resolve any issues.
