Brandon was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions without trying to upsell me. The customer service was excellent, the prices were fair, and they had exactly what I needed for my trailer. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping customers, but Brandon definitely does!

I broke down with my camper on January 2,2026 at a restaurant stop in Southern NJ. I was towed to Franklin Trailer Parts. I had to leave it for a few days expecting to be ripped off. I was totally and completely WRONG! I had all new brakes, drums, backing plates, and shackles replaced on all 4 wheels on my camper. I was pleasantly surprised at the price and the expertise that I received from Franklin Trailers.
