Had the best experience trading in my car at Franklin Toyota in Statesboro. Jeremy S. was amazing answered any questions we had and made the whole process smooth. Would definitely recommend asking for Jeremy on your visit. The whole staff was very friendly and ready to help us anyway possible.
I had a wonderful experience with Franklin Toyota, Jeremy Secrest help me find the right car for me and did not once make me feel like I had to buy something that day. The Financial department was phenomenal service Randy took great care of me during this process and had answers to any of my warranty questions. For my first time ever buying a new car I am pleased to have gotten my vehicle from Franklin Toyota and am excited to continue getting serviced through them.

Had metal heat shield coming loose under my car ...called and they scheduled me right in great service and friendly staff ! They fixed my issue quickly and didn't charge me a penny would recommend! Thank yall again and God bless!
I had a service appointment yesterday and I was treated very well. Ms. Jessica was very polite and kept me informed while my 4Runner was being serviced. A big shoutout to Mr. Rusty. I drove to the wrong door and entered the dealership while I was on crutches. Mr. Rusty greeted me as soon as I came in and asked where I was headed. I asked for the service desk and he directed me to where it was at.
