I rented an two bedroom apartment in 2021 and I have just resigned a least for a one bedroom apartment. I will say that yes the building is older but Nelson does a really good job in getting these apartments looking great. The apartments are very spacious and they look great after Nelson adds his touch to it. I think people complain when they have an issue so I thought I would say something when it is well Deserved. Nelson has been awesome to my wife and I. He made it such a great experience.
Lived in the building over 5 years: its over 100 years old, the building was actually a hotel originally. There are 5 floors and laundry in the basement. Nice tall ceilings in the apartments. Deep windowsills. Parking available on premises however extra$$$. It's a little expensive in my opinion. Overall a good building
live here for 2 years, seen people come and go, its a great place, people stay to them self's, friendly, quiet, nice spacious, i use mass transit every day, pet friendly, over all im comfy
They blow
Rented from them for 10 months was told they would re-rent by the middle to the last week of the month if I moved out the 7th after I paid for the whole month of July already. It stunk of dead mice and mice feces all the time and made us all very sick. Would not recommend renting from. Super is either with you or against but isn’t what is seemed. Be careful moving into this building, it’s a trap.
