Minus the mask stuff the experience was good quick and fast I also recommend Omega lending, followers needed folks I got my stats turned off trying to top 1 million followers :-)

We closed on our property in late June. Closing was great. However, now I am still waiting for the water bill from the closing to be paid. Was told verbally via phone a few weeks back that the check had been sent. That has not reflected on my water bill. I have been contacting via phone and email with no follow up. I simply have requested proof that the City cashed the check so I can work to get it resolved if the check was received. I am constantly incurring penalties on the $300 bill left from the previous owner. Very frus... read more

I signed all my closing paperwork at a drive up window....per pandemic safety and health guidelines. The agent was very helpful and friendly, and explained everything clearly as we went through the process. A painless experience!

I referred my parents to Franklin Title Agency and they had such a smooth and seamless experience. They were able to easily close on their house with the option of closing virtually or in-person, since they moved from Michigan to Florida. Thank you for taking such great care of my parents!
