I love the people of Franklin . My room is wonderful, I have it decorated to my taste. The staff is friendly and helpful, although turnover is frequent. The dining room has cloth tablecloths and flowers. Food is fair, but I've had worse. The main thing I love is that I finally have peace. Ps I have seen NO bugs
This building NEED TO be SHUT DOWN it’s very unprofessional when the heat go out BILL doesn’t fix it and it’s bed bugs in the building. And CARISSA who work in the kitchen always flirting with the staffs. if the building was to catch on fire it’s no way for nobody to get out because it’s no escape plan. DO NOT MOVE YOUR FAMILY IN THIS BUILDING I’ll be calling the health department on them AND THEY RACIST I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND
I have lived here for over two and a half years and I still love it here. Bill, Corrin and the rest of their employees are becoming friends because I see them more than family. Believe me I am not a part of the company and am a resident on the second floor. Ask me questions if you wish.
