I checked out an apartment at FRANKLIN TERRACE APTS IN HEMET CA in the month of June 26 The manager Jessica was amazing she went thru the paperwork in a timely manner. The approval was quick and no complications. She said we would move in on July 6th and we did! No unnecessary nonsense. The maintenence crew is excellent. We have been longtime residents for over 10 years and have had a very positive experience. Jessica is a wonderful manager who keeps everything running smoothly. She is kind, approachable, and truly cares about the residents. Cipi, the maintenance man is also amazing! Whenever we need assistance he responds quickly and always does a great job. The property is consistently kept clean and well maintained, and we feel very comfortable living here. We truly appreciate everything Jessica and Cipi do!
New on site manager, Jessica, has really made living here a great experience. She’s quick to help and the on site maintenance man is so nice and friendly. He helps right away.
This is my first apartment in years. And I was welcome in with open arms. Jessica is wonderful and she very nice and deserves her flowers. Anytime I have a problem she is quick to help fix the issues I have and we always have great conversations. Plus my children love her snacks in her office. Cipi is delightful he is so friendly always on top of any maintenance problems I have and fix them quickly. I have lived here for 8 months now and the complex is very clean and quiet. Mantenance is on top of the upkeep of the property. Jessica the manager is amazing, she responds quickly to any request. Best apartment complex in the área. 100% recommend Franklin Terrace.
