Absolutely in love with theses Apartments and the property in general!! very well managed by jessica she’s always there to answer my questions and with any help that I need .. Cepi is very very outstanding maintenance management He’s helped me put a lock on my door, so my son who is on the spectrum cannot open the door and Elope around the apartments .. Great property. Great management highly recommend if you were looking to move into a apartment.
I met the new onsite manager Jessica. The first day she arrived. She has impressed me with skills of running and managing Franklin Terrrace Apartments. She makes her Tennants feel they are the most important people. If you are looking for a place to lease. This is it.
Only been here a short time. But I want to say thank you to the on site manager when my kids and I moved in. She worked with me to schedule a walkthrough with my schedule . Also even helping with my kids. I really appreciate the customer service and she’s one of the best managers I have ever met .
