My wife was 2 hrs away and this was the closest Hyundai. Her car was making a terrible sound and I asked if they could just take a look to make sure it was safe for her to drive home. Cold response. No sympathy. No compassion. No regard for customer safety.
No complaints. Took the vehicle in right away. Spoke with a salesman Frank that was knowledgeable and friendly. Would ask for him when buying a new vehicle
They scheduled me on the 23rd and they were closed i drove 31 miles to get there. Hyundai does it better.
