I called to request and RFP. First red flag, they didn’t even know what I was talking about nor could answer my question. How can that be when you offer this type of service. Then I was transferred to woman name Michelle and because she didn’t have answer either, she hung up on me. Super unprofessional, rude and immature! Terrible service! They genuinely do not care!
