Well, I appreciate that they come by once in late October, but most of my leaves don't fall until November. I called the Street Department to let them know I had a ton of leaves in my front yard. They stated that they can't pick up leaves from a place where they've already picked up leaves, at least until they've hit every place on their schedule.
