Good apartment complex 🤩
Fast and efficient service, comfortable apartments, good value for your money. Contrary to the other post I read, we have had no issues with the place, maintenance or services.
The Irvine management team is doing a good job. It's a different style than Archstone but I have no complaints. We liked living here, which is why we returned.

I would like to share our frustration with Park Place and especially with their manager, Nicholas, who is in lack of helping us in any means after cancelling our new lease last minute.
I love this place alot.. Great facilities and activities. The only reason I didn't live there because it's isolated.. No markets, no grocery shop, No trolley & bus station and it takes long using uber
