This management group is not responsive to emails or phone calls. My broker and I called several times to request a viewing and could not reach them. We kept calling and emailing and was finally able to make an appointment for viewing after several days. After viewing, I’ve spent the entire night putting together all my rental materials and my broker submitted it to their email the next morning. Worst property management company ever. Totally incompetent
the worst group of people to work with, they neglected our condos, hired the worst contractors, never responded to our emails or phone calls, never kept the units up to code, let things rot and trees overgrow, never cleaned out the gutters properly. STAY AWAY
I worked with Franklin Square on a Condo Board Recently. They are not a good property management company. Our property manager was overwhelmed and a little lazy. Almost everything that was in our contract they *technically did* but didn't do by simply turning in poor product extremely late. The property manger would lie about if things were done or not and when caught wouldn't even say anything. I want to respond to Chris Harrington who is a neighbor of mine. He has some serious issues with himself and his neighbors. Our property manager has done a great job here. He is breaking all the rules and regulations and continues to have issues with all his neighbors. Maybe it is time to move.
Horrible customer service, set back in the stone age. Larry Levy is quite a character! Very difficult to get a hold of and when you do end up speaking with him he is of zero help/service!
