Lived here for 2 years. Pros: - The “townhomes” are located in a tucked away quiet area which was very nice. - We never had any issues with our neighbors besides veryyy thin walls. - It’s located in a central area so it’s close to everything you need. Cons: - The unit was absolutely infested with roaches. No matter how many times we requested pest control, the issue persisted. This was the first apartment I rented and it was the WORST experience ever! A few days moving in the ceiling in my bedroom fell in and at the time I was pregnant. It took them forever to fix the ceiling. The complex laundry center was infested with spiders. The trash was everywhere and when I reported who was still putting loose trash in the dumpster they tried to punish the entire complex. Neighbors have NO respect for the people living under them.
