this review is solely based on my experience with Nadia as my property manager. Since my move-in earlier this year (2025), Nadia has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient. She has consistently gone above and beyond to answer my many questions and assist in any way she can. I used to love living here. But for the past two years or so, it was taken over by New management. They immediately raised our water bill from $30 a month to almost $100 a month. The old management company had a person that would come around the neighborhood each morning to pick up any trash so the neighborhood would stay nice This management company does not do this, and there is a huge problem with the overflow of trash from the dumpster. Do not move here. I was overall a good tenant, never had complaints, followed the rules, communicated with them when needed, paid rent on time every single month for 5 years and also paid all utilities on time every month for 5 years. First two years were good .. last three were ridiculous. Issues: Constant change in employees, had random maintenance men trying to to enter my home without notice while my underage daughter was home alone. Short review - DO NOT MOVE HERE. FAIR WARNING! The PTSD from the roaches is a HUGE factor as to why I did not renew and will find another place to live. In fact, roaches are still present. I HIGHLY suggest looking for other places to live before choosing Franklin Square. Lackadaisical staff and maintenance that lacks urgency or complete work. Trash is often littered around the complex, and a roach issue (required multiple "treatments" before THREE fogging exterminations). The modern aesthetic for the interior is nice. But a ... read more
Short review - I HIGHLY suggest looking for other places to live before choosing Franklin Square. Lackadaisical staff and maintenance that lacks urgency or complete work. Trash is often littered around the complex, and a roach issue (required multiple "treatments" before THREE fogging exterminations by fogging). The modern aesthetic for the interior is nice.
