This was the first apartment I rented and it was the WORST experience ever! A few days moving in the ceiling in my bedroom fell in and at the time I was pregnant. It took them forever to fix the ceiling. The complex laundry center was infested with spiders. The trash was everywhere and when I reported who was still putting loose trash in the dumpster they tried to punish the entire complex. Neighbors have NO respect for the people living under them. I have lived at Franklin Square townhomes for about seven years. The neighborhood is tucked away and a little area that hardly anybody really knows about. This is a good thing cause you won’t find very many people walking through the neighborhood that does not belong here. I like living here because the rent is fairly cheap and it isn’t a bad neighborhood.
