Updated Review: It has been almost one year since I’ve called Franklin Square home. Like anywhere, there have been ups and downs, but every mishap has been resolved with grace and outstanding assistance. Ms. Nadia, Ms. Dena, and the entire maintenance staff have been absolutely amazing. Whenever I have an issue, they are attentive, and whenever I have a question, they are knowledgeable and helpful. Staff here are accommodating, friendly, informative and made sure i had all the information i needed which made move in a breeze!
My rent was increased twice in two months and I no longer get a reduced monthly rent because I am a Senior Citizen and on a fixed income. My apartment is on the ground floor because I have a wheelchair. IT always smells like gasoline because the parking lot is right outside.There are no ramps on the curbs so I have to get someone to lift my wheelchair off the curbs to get to my transportation. I take pride in not only where I live but those who assist me when I am having any issues or troubles. Nadia is AMAZING!! As I have stated in a previous review she has been since the day I moved into my home. Nadia , thank you for taking pride in not only what you do but who you do it for. Your kindness and support does not go unnoticed. Your attentiveness is heartwarming. Thank You again for addressing any and all issues I have with such hospitality and service.
