This review is only based on the Glenn the maintenance guy. He’s very friendly and gets every job I need done. I will leave a full review on this location when I leave.
I take pride in not only where I live but those who assist me when I am having any issues or troubles. Nadia is AMAZING!! As I have stated in a previous review she has been since the day I moved into my home. Nadia , thank you for taking pride in not only what you do but who you do it for. Your kindness and support does not go unnoticed. Your attentiveness is heartwarming. Thank You again for addressing any and all issues I have with such hospitality and service.
this review is solely based on my experience with Nadia as my property manager. Since my move-in earlier this year (2025), Nadia has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient. She has consistently gone above and beyond to answer my many questions and assist in any way she can. I used to love living here. But for the past two years or so, it was taken over by New management. They immediately raised our water bill from $30 a month to almost $100 a month. The old management company had a person that would come around the neighborhood each morning to pick up any trash so the neighborhood would stay nice This management company does not do this, and there is a huge problem with the overflow of trash from the dumpster.
