I felt Frank was well prepared for my appointment with him. We focused on the insomnia I was experiencing and instead of just telling me to keep a sleep diary he printed one and gave it to me. He asked a lot of questions to get to know me and my situation. He didn't just give me a new medication, he let me know his thought process on how he chose the new one for me. Overall, I am very pleased and look forward to working with him more in the future.
