We lived in this apartment building for ten years. It was pleasant and airy place to live, but the care of the property was not at all up to scratch. We had the roof repair folks put a two-by-four through our bathroom ceiling, an infestation of bedbugs, and numerous small issues. If we contacted the management, we were treated as if we were asking for too much and as if the problems were our fault.
