I really wish I wouldn't have wasted my time on moving in this apartment complex but at the time I really had no other choice and it seem to be a nice little place.I wouldn't move here now knowing what I know now ,the onsite manger Sandra Kinley is never here to handle complaints or concerns with the residents don't return office calls and emails in a timely manner, always leaving notes in other residents doors when it's only concerning a few of the residents in the building smh be prepared to find notes almost every Tuesday... read more

Tom and Aaron are great landlords. Been here 10 years and can't beat the price for the location.

***Long Review*** I signed the lease December 19th and I still haven’t moved in. Reason being, The following week after I signed the lease, I started moving stuff in and my mom called my name to the kitchen. Why was there a few roaches coming from behind the cabinets. I immediately contacted property manager and she was very helpful(That’s why I give them a star). She called pest control out. That same day they came they didn’t see none but I ended up finding a dead bug in one of the rooms. I spent $60 on stuff from Lowe’s, ... read more
