There was a couple of young nurses and a really nice doctor lady that took great care of me she looked out and fix the problem that was on my back for years and I'm so grateful for them
this place is horrible, the nurse practitioner there was horrible too
Called to make sure they take Medicaid for my foster child and they said they did. Showed up and was Told they do not. Asked if we could self pay and were Told we could not be self pay because it is “fraud” to self pay of you have insurance. So basically, if you want to pay out of pocket at this establishment they won’t let you they would rather have the massive write offs from your insurance. The nurse practitioner was nice enough, but forget about getting any help from the staff. The front desk is unable to answer the simplest of questions and sends you to a voicemail for the nurses, who never call you back. I had a very serious concern about my medication and left a detailed message asking them to call me back. I waited all day in pain and never heard back. I’m leaving this review because I wish I had known this before I chose this facility, because I would have chosen a facility that cared about their patients... read more
