I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Tom is as honest and knowledgeable as you could get. His semi in-ground pool is the best in the market and it is built like a tank. The walls are rigid and is the exact opposite of the flimsy alternatives. His prices were great and being a first time pool owner, I felt assured I was getting high quality equipment for a good price. Needed a new skimmer on my above-ground pool. Tom arrived within a couple of hours, installed new one in a half hour. Professional service at reasonable cost.
Tom is very professional and considerate. I let him know that the cleaning pool service that happened few days ago, was not up to standards. I called him, sent him photos and videos about the issues I noticed with the pool, and he was able to come immediately to investigate and determine what the issue was. He was then able to fix the issue. As you can see from the photos, he was able to clean and vacuum the bottom of the pool and it’s now a lot more clean and ready to be used. Tom and Josh came by to open my pool. It was the first time here so I was not familiar with the process or the equipment. The guys worked quickly and did a great and efficient job getting everything opened up, clean and put away. They figured out the filter and replaced some broken parts on the fly. Honest and hardworking father son team, would recommend to anyone.
