The owner retroactively raised my rent after I moved out and left the apartment in perfect move in condition. He then stole my deposit as well. My kids were sick from the mold for over a year after I moved out of there. The manager was great but beware of the owner, he'll ruin your credit if you ask him to do his job .
Managers were very lovely and welcoming. Neighbors were quiet, though could cause drama (stolen car one night, dogs overs not picking up their dog dooty, and sometimes neighbors having arguments). I felt welcomed and loved, and being near Bi-mart and a walk into town made it very peaceful and easy. Miss you all from 2015!
