Very very very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always perform above and beyond. It's been over 5 years and although we live half an hour away, we kept the same pharmacy for whole family!
Horrible pharmacy. Nobody knows what they are talking about asides the pharmacist. Whats the point of other people working here answering the phone and filling your refills if they do not even understand how to explain something to someone or know whats going on. One person tells me one thing then when the actual pharmasist talks to you he says the opposite and starts being rude to you when you are asking questions. I'll be changing my pharmacy not going through franklin pharmacy again.
I have been going here for years. Friendliest pharmacy ever. Lowest dispensary fee and most helpful staff. They really care and go out of their way to help you.
