Numerous times they called me and said my prescription was ready for pick up and then I go to pick it up and they go “oh it’s a 30 min fill time.” Then, there were times they tried to deliver my medications (without me wanting too) and then I was charged. Numerous times I felt like I was overcharged, especially when I paid 0.80 cents for the SAME prescription I was paying $21 for. I was happy with them at first, but I am not longer satisfied. Although, their staff is very nice, I chose to take my business elsewhere!

To many problems
Unprofessional to say the absolute very least. Only rating it a one because ZERO is not an option.
My family have been customers of Franklin Pharmacy for years and the steady decline has been something that can no longer be ignored. I understand that on some prescriptions the pharmacist can't make enough of a profit to make it worth his time, however I believe simply being honest or perhaps sending out a memo or email to select customers who carry insurance and need medication that don't make him enough money will need to find another provider. Yeah Franklin pharmacy, that's the spot for everything you need, Vic's zany's promethazine Suboxane, even got some codeine pills, to bad compound tech left. Now its hella dry. Good run while it lasted though.
