Scam Alert Stay Far Away! Im extremely disappointed with this pest control service. Not only did their treatment not work (I've actually seen more bugs since they started), but they lock you into a contract that is nearly impossible to get out of without paying hefty cancellation fees.They require you to sign up for monthly services, and if you try to cancel, they hit you with a $150 cancellation fee plus other charges, all for a service that delivers zero results.This feels like a scam disguised as a pest control company. In the past, I was given the opportunity to coordinate with my tenants so that we could gain access to each apartment for pest control on the scheduled date. I was not notified of the last spraying and none of my tenants were given the opportunity to allow Franklin Pest Solutions into their apartments.
