Iam not even sure where to start with my car i have gotten from Franklin Park. Not even a week after having the car my check engine light came on so i took it to AutoZone and did the test on it and it came back as the convertor. So, i called service and they couldn't get me in right away, Then I took it in there they told me they couldn't find out what was wrong with it and the check engine light was off not even 2 hours later after i got my car back the engine light was back on and doing the same things it was doing before.... read more
Terrible dealership. Terrible sales. Terrible service. Got me stuck in an upside down loan on a 10 year old car with 100k miles for over 22 thousand dollars due to the sales team floating over the Financing and contract on purpose and fudging the wording to make it seem like your payment was low. Not only that, 2 days after actually finalizing the loan, the car doesn't start. Complete electrical shut down, and transmission codes. Sent it in for the warranty repair, got it back with a new battery, drove it home. Never started... read more

When the customer complained about the vehicle we took it back, gave him back his deposit in full. The transaction was completely voided and we have no idea why the customer could have any complaints. We did exactly as he asked and he went his way and we ours.
I got a car in February was told if i refer people i get $50 for each person that gets a car...i referred 2 people they got cars....the last 2 weeks i've contacted the sales person and have been getting the run around since then about the $100
I am leaving a one star review as this company misinterpreted my time off as being played off versus being played off because of corona, and in doing so I was forced to surrender the vehicle back to the dealer and the bank did not approve my loan, after speaking with the bank they seemed quite surprised I was later off because of that and that I had been back to work full time had they known I would still have my car today, mind you I had this car over two weeks before surrending it back. We are deeply sorry that we were not able to help Mr *****. Unfortunately the lender verified some information, which forced them to turn down the loan for him. We are not in the business of taking cars back, and wish there could have been a way to keep this customer in the car. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our lenders.
