I am filing a formal complaint regarding ******** Foothills Mazda in Spokane, ***********I leased a 2024 Mazda CX-90 in February 2024 and have encountered ongoing, unresolved issues with the dealerships service department, most recently being told I cannot have a safety-related vehicle malfunction inspected for three months. Date of Visit: September 13, 2025 My wife and I visited Lincoln of Franklin to look for a new vehicle and had a deeply unsettling experience. Our interaction was with salesperson *** *****. While the initial test drive of a 2026 Corsair was fine, the situation deteriorated when it came time for our trade-in appraisal. *** *****took the key to our vehicle to perform the appraisal. Faulty remote start put on brand new vehicle and I was told it was my fault that I didn't know how to work it. The unit was faulty, the company fixed it, but it quit working again! Don Wood refuses to acknowledge this issue, have been ignored repeatedly. Then the car malfunctions, again no one will return messages from Don Wood like they were in the past. Mind you car is BRAND NEW and has a warranty, but they cannot get it in for repair or offer a loaner. So I've bought a useless brand new vehicle with warranty for over 30 g... read more

I was very disappointed with the manager *** He was very rude when was having a discussion with him He left and then turned around and said when youre ready I going to be in my office This shows me top management is unaware of what goes on at the dealership and is focused on making money

Went to dealership on Wednesday with online price on a ram truck. Talked to salesman and then sales manager. Manager said he didnt like the online advertising, then proceeded to tell me I didnt qualify for certain rebates. Started deal with full retail price and explained what my starting price would be. Online price was $44318, his starting price was over $51000. Also said if I wanted to finance, I loose the rebates. What a bad way to do business.***** *****

I cannot express my disappointment in this dealership. The sales staff were nice, but management failed me. Their service rep used my car as his own while I was travelling, racking up hundreds of miles and toll charges I had to pay. Later, I learned he had been arrested for car theft only a month prior. Although not convicted, it shattered my trust. I asked the dealership to take back the car or refund my one-pay lease. They refused. Instead, their attorney offered me oil changes and tire rotations for the lease duration. Af... read more

I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in to have the brakes fixed. They said they fixed them but they still were not working properly. I took it back to them and they said it was good to go. I paid over 1,000$ and my truck is not safe to drive due to them not fixing it right. I would not recommend Donwood ********* in ***** **** for any services.
