They called me at 3:30 to cancel a 4:00 appointment without offering so much as an apology. They said it was due to "a personal emergency", which is understandable but the receptionist was rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and not the least bit apologetic. This was supposed to be my first appointment with this dentist but I think I'm going to keep looking.

I am blessed to have found a great place 4 the whole family it makes sure to assist the patients with assist on appointment reminder of allowing them to be ashore day before . Great with children my grands have no complaints about them they actually had a clean visit yesterday

I absolutely love it here...feels like family...so comforting & I do not like going 2 the dentist...but I love coming here...Dr. Jacob & Dr. Saran are our outstanding...& the receptionists are very polite & professional...& very clean & kid friendly...I highly recommend Franklin Park Family Dental...I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!...thank you FPFD!!!!❤
