Updated Review: I just wanted to say I've been a long time tenant for the past 13 years. The management and maintenance here are wonderful and the living spaces at Franklin Palmer and comfortable. I've never had any reason to want to go elsewhere. This place is one of the best in the Canton and close to downtown. It also is a close area for those who like to go south to Michigan Avenue and pursue the dining and shopping along that route, which is also great. Jason and his Team are always been doing their best, especially for this winter (which is extreme this year) they are working really hard, and revolving all other issues with their quick actions are really appreciated Thank you
My fiancé and I have been living at Franklin Palmer apartments for almost two months now and everything has been really good so far! Jason is wonderful! Super personable and responsive. Maintenance is also pretty quick when you need something. We feel safe and happy in our apartment here!
I lived here with my husband 2022 -23. I have only good memories about this apartment. Well maintained and quite place. Management is good there. We had to move because I was pregnant and we wanted 2 bedrooms. They didn't have available that time. Whenever we go through here. Just smile good memories.. thanks for reading
