Jason and his Team are always been doing their best, especially for this winter (which is extreme this year) they are working really hard, and revolving all other issues with their quick actions are really appreciated Thank you
My fiancé and I have been living at Franklin Palmer apartments for almost two months now and everything has been really good so far! Jason is wonderful! Super personable and responsive. Maintenance is also pretty quick when you need something. We feel safe and happy in our apartment here!
I lived here with my husband 2022 -23. I have only good memories about this apartment. Well maintained and quite place. Management is good there. We had to move because I was pregnant and we wanted 2 bedrooms. They didn't have available that time. Whenever we go through here. Just smile good memories.. thanks for reading
I lived at Franklin Palmer Apartments for over 5 years, and it truly felt like home. The property manager, Jason, is extremely responsive—you can reach him by email or phone, and he replies very quickly. I honestly can’t recall a single request that wasn’t resolved the same day. Many residents here have lived in the community for decades, which says a lot about the place. I don’t usually write online reviews, but I felt it would be unfair not to share my honest experience with Franklin Palmer Apartments, where I lived from 2016 to 2025. I was initially referred to this community by a friend back in 2016, and honestly, I never once felt the need to look elsewhere. It’s no surprise that there’s always a waiting list to move in.
