I called Franklin Palmer for availability. Left vm @ 4:25 today. Jason called me back 9 minutes later! My situation is a little complicated and Jason spent a good deal of time explaining the property and guidelines. We also had a lovely conversation… Made me feel like a property I don’t want to miss. I’m not sure if I’ll move here yet, but if this is what can be expected from management at Franklin Palmer… That’s worth it weight in gold!!!

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time living at Franklin Palmer apartments so far! Jason is the best!!! He really makes this place a great living environment, and is super personable and responsive! Maintenance is also very quick and reliable. Our neighbors are pretty quiet and friendly as well. Overall a great community with a great management team!
Good place to live
A warm place to live. Jason and his team maintain the apartments and the grounds very well. The community feel is present, but if you are more quiet and keep to yourself, everyone will give you that space. With parks nearby, easy access to major streets and an interstate, but far enough away to be safe for kids and from noise it's'a great place!
