Franklin Outdoor Services failed to uphold its' contractual obligations with us. They didn't perform the services promised, yet still charged full cost. The quality of work was low. Whenever there were issues, the owner always made up different excuses, blamed external factors, and never took responsibility for service issues. The owner did not seem to care about any issues that were brought to his attention and took no visible action to correct his companies performance after numerous complaints.
